Workshops We Conduct
Head stand Workshop
Head stand/Sirshasana is very powerful for awakening Sahasrara Chakra and, therefore, it is considered the greatest of all asanas. Sirshasana increases the blood flow to the brain and pituitary gland, revitalizing the entire body and mind. It relieves anxiety and other psychological disturbances which form the root cause of many disorders.
It is therefore recommended for the prevention of asthma, hay fever, diabetes and menopausal imbalance. It also helps to rectify many forms of nervous and glandular disorder, especially those related to the reproductive system. In our workshop, we teach all the Sirshasana techniques and its variations with our expert teachers.
Sun Salutation Workshop
The practice of sun salutation/surya namaskar as a whole gives a great number of benefits. It stimulates and balances all the systems of the body, including the endocrine, circulatory, respiratory and digestive systems.
It influences on the pineal gland and the hypothalamus helps to prevent pineal degeneration and calcification. This balances the transition period between childhood and adolescence in growing children. Synchronizing the breath with the physical movements of surya namaskar ensures that the practitioner, at least for a few minutes daily, breathes as deeply and rhythmically as possible. This removes carbon dioxide from the lungs and replaces it with fresh oxygen, increasing mental clarity by bringing fresh, oxygenated blood to the brain.
Surya namaskar is the ideal practice to increase awareness and bestow good health and wellbeing. In our Workshop, We teach all the surya namaskar techniques. Our surya namaskar workshops are handled by senior teachers only!!
